In June 2023, the CHVAC Technical Support Organization launched a consolidated (customer- and employee-facing), mobile-friendly Help Center (https://support.trane.com) for streamlined self-service and Technical Support interactions.
This article provides instructions for associates within our CHVAC business unit, on how to properly Authenticate your account for full access to our Commercial Technical Support Help Center, including the appropriate forms for contacting us on behalf of yourselves and your customers. Instructions
For Trane CSO and Independent CSO associates who have @trane.com / @tranetechnologies.com email addresses, simply navigate to https://support.trane.com and sign in (upper right corner of every page) using the "Sign In: Trane Email" option, and follow the prompts of our Single Sign-on and multi-factor authentication system, as shown in the video below.
For those who only have (or prefer to use) an ISO @company.com email addresses for your daily job, you will need to first "Sign Up" for an account by associating a password and cellphone number with your work email address.
Trane ISO Registration:
- Follow the prompts to set a new password for your @company.com email address
Trane ISO Sign-in:
- Once your password has been configured, simply log in to the "Sign-in: Non-Trane Email" option and you will have full access to all CHVAC equipment information and appropriate technical support request forms.
