- This is the IOM for the MCU (Branch Box) this is for next gen Equip, but the setup and programming is the same as First Gen.
- First Gen MCU'S have rotary switches that have to be set for addressing as the dip switch turned on for that ID Unit.
- Next Gen MCU'S do not have these rotaries and would have to be auto addressed at startup or MCU Port assigned in the TUT or SNET tools.

- 1ST and 2ND Gen control boards are interchangeable, if the rest of the system is 1ST Gen and the board is still working, it would be easier and less expensive to make the newer 2ND Gen a first, rather than replacing all of the boards.
- When using a dual port connection, it has to be A+B, C+D Or E+F, it cannot be Example A+C, B+D Or D+F.
- The bank of 4 switches to the far right will have to be set to recognize there are two ports being used for one indoor unit as shown below.
