As Intellipak Symbio 800 units leave the factory, Traq (if ordered), Outdoor Air Flow Compensation, and Demand Control Ventilation (if ordered) functions are enabled. This can be a cause of confusion for controls technicians trying to control the outside air damper minimum position or OA Minimum Flow Setpoint. These functions can modify/ignore the setpoint from the BAS.
If the unit was ordered with Traq and the unit is not following Outdoor Air Minimum Flow BAS setpoint as desired, DISABLE: Outdoor Air Flow Compensation and DCV on the TD7.
If the unit was not ordered with Traq and the unit is not following the Economizer Minimum Position BAS setpoint, DISABLE: Outdoor Air Flow Compensation and DCV on the TD7.
If the unit was ordered with Traq, but the customer desires to control the unit to a minimum position instead of an OA Flow setpoint DISABLE: Traq, Outdoor Air Flow Compensation, and DCV on the TD7.
To get to the screen shown below on the TD7 press SETTINGS and select Feature Settings.
