There are some differences with data retrieval from the UC800 and The Symbio 800.
The Symbio 800 uses what is called a Forensic Package and captures Visible data logs >> The process to retrieve this data is slightly different than retrieving data recorder files from a UC800. This document explains how to Retrieve the Forensic Package from the Symbio 800.
Open Tracer TU > Go to Options > Retrieve Forensic Package
Select Retrieve > Important to note the Default file path to find the zip folder once the retrieval is complete.
Once the retrieval is complete > It will Let you know 'Status: Retrieval Complete' > The Forensic Package will already be in a compressed zip folder and saved to the file path.
Go to the file path and locate the forensic package.
You can Extract the data from the folder or send this zip folder to Technical Support if requested.
The contents of the Forensic Package include: Data Recorders, Visible data logs, an Audit Log, a Backup Config of the Symbio800 and a Diagnostic log from the chiller.
