Issue:
Can the waterboxes be swapped and/or rotated?
Resolution:
The evaporator and condenser waterboxes CAN be swapped end to end, but they cannot be rotated on the following products:
RTHA, RTHB, RTHC and RTHD: It is important to keep the evaporator entering water connection on the bottom and leaving water connection on the top. If not, the heat transfer and oil return will be affected.
RTWD evaporator and condenser waterboxes CANNOT be rotated nor swapped. Altering waterboxes will lead to poor efficiency, poor oil management and possible evaporator freeze.
