- Contact local Trane Parts Center
- Complete and submit a Sales Force Ticket

Provide chiller information
- Model Number
- Serial Number

Provide detailed information regarding your request
- EXAMPLE: need CHHN 35 ton compressor o-ring for Motor-to-Bearing Housing
- Obtain the Sales Force Ticket Number
- Allow the Parts Identification work on the request
- For status, refer to the Sales Force Ticket Number until your request has been fulfilled
