- *LCU Economizer not working correctly
Common Economizer LED Flash Codes:
Off
1. Do you have 24Vac on the MBUS or 24Vac connection? If yes continue on to next step, if no go to step 6.
2. Unplug all wires except for power.
3. Did the LED turn on? If yes continue to next step. If no go to step 5.
4. Verify RTEM wiring is correct. Jump to end.
5. Replace RTEM. Jump to end.
6. Verify MBUS link at all components/connections.
7. End.
1 Flash
1. Place the unit in to step 2 of Test Mode.
2. On the RTEM Take VDC readings at the 2-10VDC damper terminals.
3. Did the damper position and feedback signal match the command? If yes continue to next step, if no go to step 5.
4. Reset power to unit. Jump to end.
5. Inspect damper linkage for bind and adjust as necessary.
6. Inspect actuator for proper movement. Replace if necessary.
7. End.
8 Flash
1. Confirm the Mixed air sensor is installed .
2. Did the 8 flash clear? If yes jump to end, if no continue to next step.
3. Confirm the MAT sensor is plugged in.
4. Did the 8 flash clear? If yes jump to end, if no continue to next step.
5. Ohm out sensor and check connections.
6. If necessary replace sensor.
7. End.
Blink
1. Check the RTEM MBUS com link.
2. Check MBUS link and wiring at all controllers.
3. Did the Blink code clear? If yes jump to end, if no continue to next step.
4. Replace the RTEM.
5. End.
