How to modify the blower RPM (IntelliPak 20-130)
Resolution:
Please obtain the current RPM sheave, belt specifications, motor horsepower, and center distance information from the white tag attached to the supply fan housing. This information is not accessible in the parts system.
Utilize the following formula to determine the desired RPM when the existing RPM results in an overamping motor:
Utilize this formula to ascertain the desired RPM when the actual CFM does not align with the Design CFM:

They will provide the necessary part numbers for sheaves, belts, and bushings based on the revised Fan/Blower RPM selection. Ensure that you include the following information in your email:
Application
Current blower RPM
Desired blower RPM
Current fan sheave part number (to be read from the sheave)
Current motor sheave part number (to be read from the sheave)
Current belt size (to be read from the belt)
