Problem:
Calls into technical support and FQA's issued in response to the Airtronics Min On and Off timers not functioning were is does not pass 115VAC control voltage after the timer has timed out. In addition, there were additional reports of compressor contactor chatter. In some cases, both issues were reported at the same site and/or unit.
Issue:
Through testing it has been determined that the root cause of these issues were due to improper or poor fitment of the cooling relays into the subbase.

Solution:
- Check Cooling Relay and subbase connection and fitment. Check for any poor connections, wire terminals not making proper connections with relays and also verify if the relay is properly sitting in subbase.
- Add retaining clip, TE-3-1393159-9 (Trane Part Number: CLP02000) to prevent relay working itself loose in subbase again. Part has not been setup in Trane Parts yet but can be found online. Case will be updated once a Trane Part is available.

- Airtronics not functioning. These relays have built in "trip setting" which can temporarily cause them not to function. If the relay is left unpowered / energized for 15 minutes it should reset this function.
