When the Siemens LME7 controller in commissioning mode there is a signal priority:
Highest priority
1.Voltage Signals into X5-03 pins 2 & 3 – Used for Staged MHTD burners
2.Commissioning mode
3.Analog Signal into X65 – Used for modulating MHTD burners
Lowest priority
Since the Staged Heat inputs at X5-03 pins 2 and 3 have a higher priority then Commissioning mode (setting P0, P1 and P2 at the LME7), if it sees voltage at these pins, it will not allow you to make changes to the motor rpms through the onboard display.
