Remove jumper on 1TB1
2. Run those two wires to the condenser contactor.
3. Wire Y1 from the TSTAT to the TB3 terminal block 6.

The controller TRIAC is normally open. With a call for cooling the TRIAC takes 410A to common/ ground.
1R1 resistor should be removed and replaced with a relay coil.
