Heating and cooling actuators that are ordered as factory or field supplied come with a wiring harness shipped with the unit.
Use that harness to connection to side of the 4 pin connector at the unit to the 3 pin connector on the actuator.
Blue is for cooling = Part WIR11310
Red is for heating = Part WIR11311
