This is a link to the Tracer Concierge Learning Center in the Trane Education Center. If this is your first visit to the Learning Center, you will have to create an account as a new user. See the helpful hints below when setting up your account.
Be sure to look at the Curriculum located on the bottom of the home page of the Tracer Concierge Learning Center. The Curriculum provides a recommended sequence to review the various training modules. The user can start and stop any of the training modules at any time and select a new module from the Curriculum.
The Learning Center contains a Certification Test that can be used to demonstrate the student's knowledge and competency in the training materials.
The Learning Center also has a Reference Materials tab on the home page, where information that is discussed in the training modules can be found. These materials include product and application manuals as well as worksheets and checklists used to help with project management of installations.

- Username: Use your (business) email address as your username (easy to remember)
- Customer Type / Relationship: LC3 - Light Commercial Controls Contractor (critical entry)
- Mobile Phone Number: Required. May be used to contact you in response to an inquiry. We will not use this number for telemarketing.
