Problem: How do I change the parameters on a TR150 VFD?
Solution: Follow the steps below to adjust the VFD parameters
*Please note that changing parameters on the TR150 VFD should only be done by individuals with adequate electrical and mechanical experience, and who comply with all relevant laws, rules, orders, or regulations. Improper installation, service, or repair may result in personal injury or property damage.
Keypad Buttons and Function
Example to change parameter 4-14 Motor Speed High Limit.
1. Stop the equipment by pressing the Off/Reset button on the TR150 VFD.
2. Press the MENU key until the triangle is above "Main Menu" on the bottom portion of the display.
3. Press the "Down" arrow until you reach parameter group 4-** Limits/Warnings
4. Press OK.
5. Press the "Down" arrow until you reach parameter group 4-1* Motor Limits.
6. Press OK.
7. Press the "Down" arrow until you reach the specific parameter 4-14 Motor Speed High Limit.
8. Press OK.
9. Use the "Up" or "Down" arrow to change the value of the parameter. Alternatively, you can use the right arrow button to highlight a specific digit to change.
10. Press the OK button once you have made the desired changes.
11. Press the Back button to exit each menu level from this parameter and navigate to the next parameter you want to adjust.
12. When finished programming press the Auto/On button to restore the drive to service
