The false back is not shipped attached and requires field-supplied bolts for attachment.
To attach the falseback to the wall use four bolts through the 5/8-inch keyslot. The maximum recommended shank size of the bolt is 5/16-inch.
Use the attached information sheet for instruction on attaching the false back to the unit. Typically, contractors will use some form of self-tapping screws to attach the unit to the false back.
