Quick DCV CO2 Setup
EXAMPLE:
CO2 sensor with 2 to 10 Vdc output (range 0 to 2000 ppm).
Two (2) Vdc is equal to 0 ppm, 10 Vdc is equal to 2000 ppm, and the threshold is determined to be 1000 ppm. According to the chart below, the DCV Set potentiometer is to be set at 6 Vdc.
Adjust the DCV Set potentiometer with a small screwdriver by turning the pot to the fully CCW and then fully CW positions to determine the end stops.
Set the pot for 6 Vdc in the mid position.
Set Min Position Pot where you want the damper to be anytime the fan is running.
Set the DCV Max Pot for the maximum you want the damper to be open when the CO2 in the space gets above the DCV Setpoint (1000 ppm in this example)
