Issue:
problem with oa minimums and powered exhaust
Resolution:
CCP3 change over bypass.
The exhaust fan setpoint is always 25% and it cannot be changed.
CCP3 delivered VAV
The exhaust fan setpoint can be changed from the OD or the PC software.
