Issue:

Economizer information from rooftop does not display on Tracker

Resolution:

If CCP does not recognize that rooftop unit is configured with an economizer, no economizer information will appear on the Status 2 screen for the selected CCP III. There is no enable/ disable economizer option on the Tracker or CCP display interfaces. The information displays if the option is installed on the Voyager rooftop.

At the Voyager verify that economizer ECA module is present and connected to the RTRM module. If so reset power on the rooftop and see if economizer information displays at the user interface.

 

Other Question/Problem/Cause Statements:

• Cannot see any economizer information on the Tracker PC software status 2 screen for the CCP he is looking at.
