Issue:
When backing up the CCP database the files do not get saved to the folder
Resolution:
When attempting to do a Backup of the CCP database from panel utilities it was discovered that the file was not being written to the default  folder location in: ProgramFiles\Trane\Light Commercial V12\Tracker\backup, it was discovered that the User Account Control Settings was set to the second highest level thus preventing the backup from occurring.
The Solution is a simple one: After making sure that that you are an Administrator on the PC (See Notes below on how to verify if you are logged in as an administrator) , Go into 'User Accounts' in the control panel of the PC, and once there open 'Change User Account Control settings' and move the slider bar to the 'Never Notify' setting, click 'OK', and then restart the PC in which you should be prompted to do so.
Once the PC comes back up online open the Varitrac CCP software and re-enter Panel Utilities and do the Backup, The file will then be saved into the correct folder.
This was tested on both versions, 64 bit and 32 bit, of a Windows 7 PC

Notes:
To make sure you are an administrator on the PC: go to Control Panel, click Administrative Tools, Computer Management, then in the left hand Navigation pane expand 'Local User and Groups', and then Click on 'Groups, then 'Administrators'. From there examine the list and see if your user login is present, ie: CORP\*****.   if it is then you are logged in as an administrator.
