Issue:
Flow values are shown as question marks (???) on the Varitrac III (CCP) operator display
Resolution:
This issue has been resolved with Tracker/VariTrac SP4 software
will need to update image of the VariTac III to version 4.200.339.
See attached for nore information
This was only a display issue.
Although the CCP III displays ??? instead of cfm values under zone setup for Air Flow Maximum, Air Flow Cooling Minimum, Air Flow Heating Minimum, the values for individual zones display correctly on Tracker.
Values are displayed on page 4 of 5 under 'Zone Setup' for individual zones. The values will be % if the zone is a VariTrac type, or the values will display as cfm if a zone is a varitrane type box. VariTrac boxes display correctly with the correct % values. One can also change cfm values under setup and they show up as changed when viewed using VariTrac PC software or Tracker. However they still show up as question marks when viewed from the VariTrac touch screen operator display under the setup screen page 4 of 5.
