Issue:
CCP III LEDs and pins
Resolution:
The service pin on the right (S2) is the LonTalk Service Pin. Press it briefly to broadcast the Neuron ID of the CCP on the link. Press and hold the service pin for 20 seconds to set the CCP unconfigured (clear DSN).
The pin on the left (S1) reboots the CCP embedded software.
Pressing and holding both S1 and S2 on a power up and holding for 45 seconds will set the unit in a boot mode expecting a new image. Connect with VariTrac software and it will immediately download new code.
LED 16 (CODE) indicates embedded code is missing when on. Should be off for normal operation.
LED 2 (HRT) indicates processor activity.
LED 3 (STATUS) indicates normal activity when on solid.
LED 15 (SERVICE) off indicates normal operation. Flashing means the CCP is unconfigured (no network address on LonTalk link, not a big deal if not on Tracker system).
LED 17 (COMM) is LonTalk activity on the link.
LED 4 COMM4 RX is Comm4 received communications. LED 7 (COMM 4 TX) is Comm4 sent communications.
LED 13 (PC TX) is sent communications to a PC by RS-232. LED 12 (PC RX) is received communications to a PC by RS-232.
LED 14 (OD TX) is transmit communications to the operator display.
