Issue:
does CCP III return to factory defaults touch the VAV UCM configuration properties
Resolution:
CCP III return to factory defaults does not change anything in the VAV UCM
VAV UCMs all contain the configuration information
Configuration information is saved to EEPROM thus it's retained over a power loss and can only be modified through Rover , Tracer Sumit or the CCP
