Issue:
Customer claims that he does not have the correct board in the bypass assembly.
Resolution:
Need to be on site and verify that the VAVs are revision 4.0 or higher
The bypass assemblies are different. The CCPIII has a communicating bypass (using VAV 4 UCMs). The CCP II assembly is wired directly to the CCP itself.
