CCP III Diagnostic: 1 SA Temp Sensor Fail

Resolution:

The CCP III has two similar supply air temp sensor fail diagnostics.  The first is:  1 SA Temp Sensor Fail, this is a level 1 diagnostic, it refers to the supply air temp sensor in the voyager RTU.  It will occur in CCP IIIs that are configured for Changeover Bypass.  It does not refer to the supply air temp sensor in the communicating bypass assembly.  That diagnostic is:  3 Bypass Duct Temp Sens Fail.  This is a priority 3 diagnostic and would result in priority shutdown.  There is also a similar diagnostic that occurs in delivered VAV systems.  That diagnostic is:  3 SA Temp Sensor Fail.  This is a level 3 diagnostic that will result in priority shutdown. 

1 SA Temp Sensor Fail comes from the voyager rooftop
rooftop does not need a SAT sensor, remove it
if removing it does not help, suspect the economizer module
