Issue:
one VAV zone temp = -0.0, what is wrong
Resolution:
tried a different zone temp sensor, same problem
checked the resistance of the zone temp sensor, close to 10K
tried just a short wire right to the VAV UCM to check the wire, same problem
replace the VAV 4.2 UCM
