Issue:

CCP system with VAV UCMs. Space temp 65, cranks thumbwheel to 80. Box goes closed won't obey minimum. Why won't the VAV UCM controlled by CCP obey its minimum flow, why does it close?

Resolution:

Check to see if the "Energy Saver" mode is enabled. This mode allows the VAVs to close when the Supply Air is the wrong temperature (Hot when cold is required or Cold when heat is required).

• Why is the minimum CFM setpoint not controlling the VAV UCM?

• VAV UCM in a VariTrac system is at 0% present minimum but my minimum CFM setpoint is greater than 0%
