Issue:
HVAC Comm Status is down.
Resolution:
Comm is down from the CCP to the Reliatel.
TCI Troubleshooting:
1.Check polarity and addressing on the Reliatel.
2.Check TCI 3/4 address switch settings - must be all OFF for a CCP III
3.Daughter board pins should be connected to non-isolated Comm3 or Comm4
4.Verify J1 on TCI to J4 connection on RTRM is solid.
5.The RX and TX on the RTRM are flickering back and forth
6.The RX light on TCI is blinking at a rapid rate and TX is blinking intermittently.
If the roofop is connected to the optional relay board in the VariTrac III you will also see HAVC Comm Status Down.
