Voyager will not bring on compressors

Issue:

Voyager will not bring on compressors

Resolution:

Verify the outdoor air damper can physically open further than the 28% it's stuck at.
The Voyager will report back it's actual damper position, and if it can't open as far as it wants to, it will just wait for it to open.
It won't bring on the compressor until it has verified that it can open the OAD to 100%.
Disconnect the economizer module, if the cooling comes on, then you know the problem is with the economizer.

Varitrac CCP III shows 2 compressors controlled ON but they do not run and compressor status at CCP shows OFF. Disconnected ECA module to J2 at the TCI 3/4 module at Voyager, cycled power, and compressors began to work.

• Voyager will not bring on compressors
• Delivered VAV is not opening economizer
• Voyager is in fan only mode but DAT is not at setpoint
• Economizer is not opening to 100% when it's OK to Economize
• Delivered VAV CCP III is stuck in fan only mode.
