Resolution:

Yes this is possible since the CV Voyager does not come with an RTAM module. A voyager without the RTAM module can be configured by the CCP III to a changeover bypass system. It might be necessary to clip a jumper at J3-5 to J3-1 on the RTOM to make the CCP III configure correctly as changeover bypass (you might want to confirm that this will not change the unit operation with Clarksville).
