Can we dial in to a VariTrac III CCP?

Issue:

Can we dial in to a VariTrac III CCP?

Resolution:

VariTrac CCPIII does not have an internal modem. You have to use an external modem.  The 56k U S Robotics (USR) is recommended. This also requires an analog phone line.

 

Issue with V12 VariTrac software - Modem dial out does not work with Varitrac PC software version 12. The fix is to  copy the Comportdefinitiona.xml file from the TrackerUI folder to the VariTracUI folder...

to:
C:\Program Files\Trane\Light Commercial V12\Tracker\VaritracUI\Comportdefinitions.xml
