Issue:

The customer is complaining that the new CCP III is configured to use the relay pack to control the rooftop, how can he reconfigure it?

Resolution:

There is no way to "configure" the CCP III. If the CCP does not see a Voyager on the comm link it assumes that it is running a generic 2H/2C unit with the auxiliary relay pack. The problem here is that he is not communicating with the Voyager. Check the position of the daughter card on the TCI of the ReliaTel Voyager, check that the DipSwitches are all in the OFF position (the old CCP II puts them all ON), check polarity.
