Issue:

CCP III is down on priority shutdown, Bypass damper comm fail. But it is a delivered VAV system with a smaller factory built VAV Voyager.

Resolution:

This is a new-type small Voyager factory-configured for VAV. It has the RTAM module but the RTOM jumper from J3-5 to J3-1 is not there. This jumper is a configuration jumper for Commercial Voyager. Without this jumper the CCP III will not recognize this unit for Delivered VAV.
