Issue:

Tracker is paging even though there are no alarms

Resolution:

 

Problem: Tracker panel is sending a page every 5 minutes even though there are no alarms in the log.

Solution: we think there is an alarm stuck in notification that we can't reach to clear. Try resetting the supercap on the Tracker main board (power down the panel and remove and replace the J1 jumper or short the contact closures around RP3). This will clear the clock and any current trend information. If that doesn't work, try backing up the panel, reset to factory defaults, and then restore.

Our final solution, because he was calling a cell phone, was to set the pager type to Digital and to enter a Pin Number of 1111.
