Why we’re doing this:
•The product line has been replaced by Tracer Concierge
•Sales have naturally declined to low levels
•The technology is outdated and we no longer have the ability to procure key components needed to manufacture these products. The remaining inventory of last-time-buy components is needed to ensure Service Parts availability for the next several years.
•Our customers need to transition to our current products to ensure ongoing support, including computer hardware and software
