Why we're doing this:
- The product line has been replaced by Tracer Concierge.
- Sales have naturally declined to low levels
- The technology is outdated and we no longer have the ability to procure key components needed to manufacture these products. The remaining inventory of last-time-buy components is needed to ensure Service Parts availability for the next several years.
- Our customers need to transition to our current products to ensure ongoing support, including computer hardware and software.
How this impacts our customers:
- Customers will still be able to purchase replacement Service Parts
- We need to sell Tracer Concierge on new projects
