Issue:

VariTrac III Central Control Panel (on a delivered VAV system) thinks it is a change over bypass system.

Resolution:

Voyager 3 does not think it is a Voyager 3

Troubleshoot the Voyager (call Clarksville for help). The connector must be plugged into J1 on the RTAM module. Verify that RTAM module DIP switch 1 is ON to enable VFD.

RTOM module must have jumper between J3-1 and J3-5 to enable Voyager 3 configuration. Without jumper CCP displays priority shutdown and communicating bypass configuration fail diagnostic.

 

The Multi-zone VAV Voyager and Precedent units (3-25 ton) do not work with the CCPIII to do Delivered VAV.

The Single-zone VAV units do not work with the CCPIII to do Delivered VAV or Changeover Bypass.
