Issue:
Caller was unable to see his CCP or Tracker backup files. The backup process appeared to work and the software showed the files in the list but when navigating to the files in explorer the backups were not present.
Solution:
User Account controls had been turned on at a high level, change the user account controls to never notify and reboot. Backups should work and files should be in the Program Files (x86)/Trane/Light Commercial V12/ Backup directory.

Notes: When connected with the Varitrac Software, in panel utilities, clicking restore should allow you to choose from all saved backups, but you may not be able to manually navigate to the file folder from outside the software. If UAC is already set to low-never and the files are not visible, there is an alternate location on Window 7 and Windows 10 PC's. C:/Users/********/AppData/Local/VirtualStore/Program Files/Trane/Light Commercial V12/Tracker or Varitrac/Backup. You can manually navigate to this folder to check the files if needed.
