Issue:
New Multi-Zone units do not have Voyager III configuration.
Resolution:
There is a jumper wire on the RTOM for Voyager III configuration. This jumper is between J3-5 (Voyager III Config) and J3-1 (Config common). If the unit has the TCI-R installed for comm 3 or comm 4 this configuration is critical. Neither Varitrac III Delivered VAV or the BCU will see these units correctly. This jumper must be made to remedy the problem. There may be other consequences that we don't know about, should consult Clarksville.
Â
Other Question/Problem/Cause Statements:
- CCP III Delivered VAV system thinks it is Changeover Bypass and I get an error message for comm fail on the communicating bypass.Â
- The Comm3 or Comm4 Voyager VAV is installing in Summit as a Constant Volume space temperature controller and not a VAV discharge air temperature controller.
Facts:
- VariTrac III Central Control Panel (CCP)
