Issue:

How do I create a group in CCP? How do I create a group in Tracker?

Resolution:

A CCP III has four groups.  By default they are Group 1, Group 2, Group 3, and Group4.  By default all zones are in Group 1.  All zones must be in a group so adding a zone to one group removes it from another.  Use the CCP or Tracker workstation software to move zones from one group to another, or edit groups from the Tracker or CCP operator display.  You can assign zones to different groups, and then schedule those groups using Tracker, if present, or CCP schedule. 

In CCPIII software, connect up to the CCPIII, go to panel utilities, CCP groups and then edit your groups.  Once you have the correct zones in the correct groups, save.

Connect to the Tracker panel, click on the schedule icon, and create a new schedule.  On the members tab, select the groups you just created in the CCPIII and add them in.  Pick your times and save.
