CO2 sensor failure, no CO2 sensor installed on the unit
Resolution:

CO2 sensor failure comes from the rooftop
rooftop has ReliaTel controls on it
CO2 sensor is on the ECA module
unplug the ECA module and see if the CO2 failure quits happening
if it does, replace the ECA module
if not, check for other problems with the ReliaTel
