Tracker is a BBMD, there can be only one Tracker on a subnet

Resolution:

 

The Tracker is a BBMD device. If there are two Trackers on a single subnet, they will cause a broadcast storm and disrupt communication to both units. The solution is to assign different UDP ports to the Tracker panels. The workstation software can connect to only one Tracker at a time. It will be necessary to change the UDP port setting on the workstation to switch between Trackers.

Ask the IT department on site for an IP address that is on another subnet than the existing Tracker. Don't confuse subnet with subnet mask.
