Issue:
How should the TLC be set up in a Tracker system, stand alone, slave or communicating?
Resolution:
It should be set for slave. The Tracker will set this automatically during the auto configuration phase of the installation.
It looks like you have to jump the BIP1 (enable) on the loop controller for it to ever be Occupied.
