Issue:
Trends and Reports in the Tracker BMTK
Resolution:
Â
The Tracker BMTK allows the user to define up to 15 Trends to be recorded and exported. Trends are limited to a single property and 64 time points per trend. Intervals are 1, 5, 15, 30 minutes, 1, 8 hours, 1, 7 days. Trend data can be exported as an HTM file using the Tracker software.
Trend and Report data is lost on Reboot and Return to Factory Defaults. The Data is contained in the database backup file so they can be restored is a backup is done before reboot or Return to Factory Defaults.
To set up Trends: On the Main menu bar select setup and pull down to Trends. A Trend selection window is displayed. Select New. The Trend Report window is displayed. There are two tabs, Setup and Status. The Status tab shows the values that have been recorded and allows the Report to be exported. The setup tab is used to name the Trend, select the property to be recorded, and the frequency and interval for recording. There is a limit of 64 time points per Trend. Essentially any input or property available to tracker can be Trended. The present value or TOV of any schedule can be trended.
Note that if the start time is after the stop time no data will be recorded. For an overnight trend it is therefore necessary to separate it into two trends, one before midnight and one after midnight.
There are also canned Reports for TOV and energy usage. Timed Override (TOV) Reports in the Tracker BMTK
