Can I update a Version 11 Tracker to use the LAN option?
Resolution:
The Tracker 11 software did not include the Ethernet functionality, but as long as you have the Ethernet card on the board, you can upgrade the Tracker image to support Ethernet. Upgrade the customer to Version 12 software, and then update the image on the Tracker to 12.21, the image included with V12 SP4. Any CCPs on the system must also be updated using V12 SP4 (image 4.200.339 in the CCP).
