Issue:

A new BMTK Tracker initially connected to power scrolls the words 'Hello World' and a counter

Resolution:

Do a hard power-up reset of the panel. Power is removed and the super capacitor discharged.  Do this by removing logic board from the base or disconnecting power to the panel.  The super cap is discharged on older models this was done by removing a jumper.  On newer panels by shorting between 2 solder pads immediately to the left of the silk screened RP3 text.  These pads are located just to the upper right of the modem module and can be done with a screwdriver (make sure this is done with the power removed!).

If a power reset does not bring Tracker out of factory test, replace and return the Tracker panel.
