Problem:
Demand limiting/Tracker.  What is the binary input point on the Tracker Stat 16 used for?

Solution:
The BIP on the Tracker itself is used solely for the Demand Limiting Function.  This is accessed in the Demand Limiting Menu.  The input is set up to receive a pulse type input from a meter measuring electrical consumption in Watt Hours.  You assign a pulse weight in the Demand Limiting System Setup. 

The important thing to remember is that this is not used as an ordinary binary input point.  This applies to the Stat 16 Tracker.
