Issue:

How to setup Daylight Saving Time for Tracker using Tracker software.

Resolution:

Tracker image is 12.24.001 includes support for the new default DST dates, but these are intended for new customers. This is not a retrofit issue. Notify your existing customers that they need to change the dates in their systems.

 

 

The default dates prior to that image will follow the DTS rules for 2006 and prior. Sites with older images that have already edited the DST dates per 2007 rules will follow 2007 rules from here forward until/unless reprogrammed.

To change the dates: Using the Tracker Software, go to the Setup menu, then select Panel Setup, then click to the Time/Date tab. There you will find the settings for Daylight Saving Time.
