Issue:

Tracker BMTK not displaying recently added VAV on CCPIII

VAV was recently added to CCPIII and is working ok but can't find it on the Tracker.

 

Resolution:

You will need to update/upload the Varitrac CCP system names. See steps below from BMTK operations guide BMTK-SVU01D-EN

 

To update Tracker system names for a selected CCP with the names that have been edited in the CCP:
1. At the Tracker home screen, press the Advanced button. The Advanced Selections screen displays.
2. Press the HVAC Equipment button. The HVAC Equipment Selections screen displays.
3. Press the VariTrac Systems button. The VariTrac Controller Selections screen displays.
4. Press the button for the required VariTrac controller to view. The Setup and Status Selections screen displays.
5. Press the Upload System Names button. A warning screen displays asking to confirm whether to proceed updating the system names.
6. Press the Yes button. The names are updated.
7. To exit this procedure, press the Home button. The home screen displays.
