Issue:

Tracker Stat12 - V6.4 Voyager RTU is reporting RH sensor failure. The RTU does not have an RH sensor. Tech replaced Voyagers UEM board but the RH failure still reports.

Resolution:

Problem:
Tracker Stat12 - V6.4 Voyager RTU is reporting RH sensor failure. The RTU does not have an RH sensor. Tech replaced Voyagers UEM board but the RH failure still reports.

Solution:
Removing the Voyager from the Tracker and then having the Tracker relearn about the Voyager corrects the diagnostic problem. We did the following so that the Tracker would unlearn about RTU:

1. Disconnect the Voyager from the comm link.
2. At the Tacker, go to  Building Equipment --> Voyagers --> RTUxx --> Setup.
3. On line 1, open the decription name and clear this out and close.
4. Reconnect the Voyager to the Tracker and allow the Tracker to relearn about Voyager RTUxx.
