Issue:

Entering Changing or Deleting names in Tracker EMTK, CCP II, and Comfort Manager

Resolution:

 

A HyperTerminal session must be established. 

When entering names in hyperterminal it is necessary to type a single quote (') first.

After a connection is made with HyperTerminal navigate to the setup menu for the particular device to be named or deleted.  For example if the device is a TCM navigate to the TCM setup menu (Main Menu/ Building Equipment Menu/TCMs/the desired TCM/TCM XX Setup Menu).  Keystrokes are 2S 2S 1S 2S 1S.  The first option is Unit Name.  Entering the single quote () allows entry of a name for the device.  Entering the single quote () followed by the Enter key deletes the device.
