Issue:
Timed Override (TOV) Reports in the Tracker BMTK
Resolution:
Â
The Tracker BMTK has two types of canned reports for TOV. The reports can be viewed or exported through the Tracker PC software. This feature is not available through the operator display. Totals (in min.) are maintained of accumulated TOV usage that can be used to for the purpose of customer billing. There are two lists of daily totals for each schedule, one for the current month and the other for the most recent previous month. There are then 20 possible TOV reports (10 possible schedules x 2 reports). Older data is lost and can not be recovered. Reboot or Restore to Factory Defaults will result in loss of the TOV data. However, database back-up files contain the data for TOV reports so the data can be retained if back-up files are created before Reboot or Restore to factory Defaults.Â
Reports show time and date and time in TOV by Schedule.Â
To access the reports: On the Main menu bar select setup and pull down to reports. The report viewer window is displayed. This contains pull-down boxes to select the desired report and object. They can then be exported by clicking the export button. Reports can not be printed directly from Tracker but can be exported and then printed.Â
There are also canned reports for energy usage if a pulse meter is connected to the Tracker terminal board.
Trend reports can also be created and exported. Trends and Reports in the Tracker BMTK
